I had a follow-up appt to install an option for our HVAC system. Our technician was on time, as we have seen with all our visits from Wisler. Turns out the part that needed to be installed was faulty so they proceeded to drive 50 minutes (each way) to get a new part. Impressed by the honesty and integrity for doing the right thing and promptly performing my installation. In fact, I have had great experiences with all the Wisler technicians in terms of honesty and integrity. Would highly recommend Wisler!
